Hi guys,
I've been reading some of the guides on overclocking your system and I wanted to seek the following advice. I do not want to achieve crazy oc speeds like a lot of people are looking to achieve.
I want to know simply and easily how I can OC my machine using the minimum amount of normal settings such as increasing the voltage in my memory for example and not touching the CPU
Below is my setup:
Intel Q6600 Quad Processor
Crucial 1 x 2 Ballastix DDR2 RAM 8500 1022Mhz
GIGA GA-P35-DS4 Motherboard.
Also, after I make the changes in BIOS is that it? does the system automatically increase its speed?
Many Thanks.
J
