overclocking my ram

Hi 8 Pack,
could you tell me if this ram is worth overclocking and if so give me a few pointers, never overclocked ram before.

G Skill RipJawsX 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit (F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL )

I have an i7 2700k @4.6 24/7 on aMSI Z68A-GD65-G3 Intel Z68 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard

It may well overclock. All RAM does to some extent. Those particular sticks are not suited to overclocking though. Neither is the Z68 platform. I would leave them as is.

Haswell will again have IMC improvements so go with new RAM then. On this forum no one really puts any importance on RAM. I really dont know why.
