Overclocking my system

Hi

I have a E8500 on a Asus P5E3 Deluxe mobo. 4 x 1GB (4GB) OCZ DDR3 PC3-10666 / 1333MHz / Platinum Edition. 350GB HD, BFG 9800+ Graphics, 850w PSU, Vista 64, Antec 900 case with 5 fans.

The superb article on overclocking this board - http://www.anandtech.com/showdoc.aspx?i=3156&p=4 is very good but I would welcome advice to adapt to match my system detailed above.

Fantiastic read. A bit odd about the memory dividers. They're showing that you get a performance increace by using the 1:2 divider for the memory. Can anyone shed some light onto that?
