Overclocking n00b with Overclockable CPU

Ok yesterday I bought the following from overclockers

Can someone tell me where to start with overclocking? Im a complete noob to these things.

Currently my system hits 50 degree under load... is it safe to OC it?

Start clocking... upto 65c load is fine

Should I clock the RAM as well?

Run it 1:1 it will be underclocked, I doubt you could run it 2:1 as it isnt that fast

Worth buyin another gig of same brand, or scrap the slow ram and buy 1 gig of fast stuff?

Its only a day old, would I be able to return it and buy the 2gb? Dont supose u know the returns policy as well?

Could send it back under distance selling regulations and then buy the G.Skill, or give em a ring and find out they are normally pretty good abuot these things.
