Overclocking noob :D

Hey, This is my first time overclocking and i thought i would give the asus TurboV EVO program that came with my mobo a try. I used the "auto tuning" feature and it put me to this...

Does that mean its as high as my pc can handle?
Or would i get more out of it if i did it manually?

nudge the fsb just a few more to hit 4ghz...put through prime95/linx/ibt etc, if its stable enjoy. Oh and on AMD setting the NB to 2600+ will net some nice results
