Overclocking on P35C DS3R

I've got a Q6600 95w, 2x1GB Corsair PC6400 4-4-4-12 Ram and the board in the title plus a Tuniq tower so I'm ready to overclock! Only problem is I'm a bit confused about what settings to change in the Bios, it doesn't seem as obvious as other boards I've used but then I haven't overclocked in a long while.

Where should I start and should I let the board choose the voltages for me with the auto setting?

Got the processor running at 3ghz perfectly now, I kept the core voltage at what it should be though and seems fine
