Overclocking P4 940 Dual Core 3.2 Ghz

How's this one as far as overclocking is concerned?

Planning on using it on a Asus P5WD2-E mobo with Corsair 2Gb (2x1Gb) DDR2 XMS2-6400C4 memory.

Would love to hear from others.

Depends on the cooling. People over at xtremesystems are getting 4.5GHZ on good air cooling or water.

im using the same CPU as you although its a 3.4 and im using 2 gig of exactly the same RAM as you and im getting NOTHING with everything watercooled via zalmans reservator thing.

Then your doing something wrong

or your cpu is very bad at overclocking

I'm getting 4.2 on water cooling with idle load temps of 42, With 1 gig of ram.
