Overclocking problem with bundle

Hi guys, relatively new to the whole overclocking thing so please go easy :)

I recently purchased the following bundle with the 8GB memory option:

http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=BU-038-OB&groupid=43&catid=339&subcat=1802

Upon installing everything, from first boot, the BIOS would run through fine, then upon loading operating system, the screen would just go black. I decided to give the guys at OCUK a ring and they advised me to just reset the overclock, which I did, and Windows 7 booted up fine.

The original overclock is saved as a BIOS profile, so once I knew it was a problem with the overclock I knew the hardware was fine. I loaded OCUK's values and tried rebooting. I kept getting the "physical memory dump" blue screen error.

Another quick call to OCUK and they advised me that its a potential memory problem. I removed the RAM modules incidentally, going from 8 GB, to 6GB, to 4GB etc, but the error still occurs.

I am able to overclock the CPU to 3.5 Ghz without changing any voltages, however when playing Fifa 11, it shut down after about 5 minutes of play. That could be a problem with Windows as the system itself didn't actually freeze.

I thought the problem could be related to my PSU, but I have a Jeantech 650W which should easily handle the overclock.

Could anyone else give me some tips on what to try or what the problem could be? Many other people have purchased this product with no issues.

Thanks

Thanks for the input guys. Well there seems to a serious problem with my system.

I can overclocker the CPU to about 3.3ghz without any need for a voltage increase, but even then some of the games are unstable and tend to crash.

The only person I know with a decent enough power supply has exactly the same one as mine! Does this definitely sound like a psu problem?

Thanks again
