Overclocking problem

Hey, well i've been doing a bit of overclocking and got my CPU to 2.74GHz on stock volts.

I've been getting this error: "FATAL ERROR: Rounding was 0.5, expected less than 0.4" when i run the blend test in Orthos. I get this after a few mins in!

I also had one reboot after about 30-40 mins last night when i was stressing the CPU with small FFT on orthos. After it rebooted i just did the stress test again and it ran for nearly 8 hours fine.

So whats causing this error message? I heard that i have to increase the voltage of my CPU, but how would that help things when im mainly testing the memory?

Any help appreciated!

Extra info:
RAM is running at 762MHz
CPU is running at 2.74 GHz
FSB is at 304.8 (should be 305)
Timings are 5-5-5-15

The CPU will be doing something when testing memory, keep upping voltage until stable whilst keeping an eye on temps, maybe read some overclocking guide.
