I have my pc overclocked to 4ghz which is great and running fine for several months. and I would like it at 4.5ghz or 5ghz or anything inbetween. the problem is when I try and overclock it more and then run prime95 blend test my pc locks up. so what settings do i need to change to make it work. I have the cpu voltage on 1.35v and cpu/nb voltage at 1.2v.

I have tried 4.1,4.2,4.3 and upping the voltage but no luck still not stable.

also how can I make my ram run at 1600mhz which it should do instead of the 1333mhz it is at.

if you need any more info let me know.

my specs are
