I have just bought an I7 bundle:
I7 920
Corsair H50
Gigabyte UD3R
G.Skill Ripjaw 2x 2GB sticks

Ive only set the ram voltage and cpu.

Im currently running @ 3.5Ghz with 1.28v and seems stable. Only problem is the temps on core temp show in the low 80's/90's. I open CPUID Hardware monitor and the temps are showing as 69/70 ish. These temps are while running Prime 95. Any help would be great. Surely the temps must be correct from hardware monitor

If you have two monitoring applications installed and running they will often cause conflict with the on-die sensor of the CPU. I suggest that you decide on one and stick with it. And the other thing you have to understand is that the 920 (well the whole range) is a hot chip. So under 100% load after a while you are going to get pretty high temperature. The H50 can only cope with so much heat build up. However 70's to low 80's does sound right for that cooler and maximum load.
