Overclocking Program

I've tried all the overclocking programs in the sticky, but none of them work with my intel i925x and p4 3.00ghz. Is there any program that I can use for this combo, because I cannot overclock in the dell bios

Those programs are not meant for proper overclocking, they are for fine tuning really. If you cant OC in your dell's bios then there isnt much you can really do
