Overclocking Q6600 on P5K-E

I'm a little confused. It's the first time i've tried overclocking. I believe i've set the FSB to 400 and the multiplier to 7. But everytime i run CPU-Z it says the multiplier is 6, no matter what value i set it too.

I can change the FSB no problem but the multiplier never seems to change from 6. Any help please?

Edit: Also i have set the ram in bios to be 4-4-4-12 but CPU-Z keeps showing as 32-5-2-12

The only reason i put it too 400 FSB was because the multiplier is stuck at 6 and cpu was @ 1.6Ghz :S
