overclocking q6600 problems

Hi there, just received my q6600 today.

problem is i cant get it orthos stable at 3ghz, tryed raising the voltage to 1.35 but doesnt seem to make any difference.

any other sugestions to make it stable, it fails in seconds

pcie is at 100mhz,

ram is at 5:6 want to change is to 1:1 but cant see where to on p5q pro, got 4 1gb stick's now.

in cpu-z is shows the multiplyer on the cpu is flicking between 6 and 9, any idea why that is?

4 sticks of ram , you may need to up the voltage on the NB , the multiplier is moving because you have speedstep enabled and C1E enabled in bios

Should i disable these?
or is it not important
