overclocking Q6600

currently have overclocked my Q6600 to 3.01ghz which is idleing at 36-40oc and 55-60oc under stress. I was woundering how much more do you reckon i could get from it?

motherboard = Asus Rampage Formula
cooler = Noctua NH-U12P CPU Cooler

Only you can answer that with trial and error.

Your safe as long as the temps stay under 70C or at least dont pass 70 too much.
