Overclocking q8300 help please

I have a Foxconn G31MX-K motherboard and my CPU is an Intel Q8300 @ 2.5GHz, I am trying to overclock it but cant do it. If i change the options in the BIOS they go back to default settings when i leave and yes I do save the settings I change.

Is there anything i can do to sort this and overclock my CPU?

Also I have a CM Hyper 212+ cooler for my CPU.

There is a Y for Yes on the last screen shot. Just flashing and i missed it.
