Just started overclocking my rig, and I have a couple of queries...
I've got 2x1gb of G.Skill MemoryExtreme pc3200 (CAS2). I've currently got the timings at 2.5-5-3-3 and an FSB of 235. I'm going to push for more, but I was wondering: What's a safe maximum voltage I could set the memory to on air cooling?
I'm also using a AMD X2 3800+ on an A8R32-MVP Deluxe, and was wondering about the voltage settings. The cpu is currently on stock air. The maximum voltage I can set the CPU to is 1.35, but there is over-voltage setting currently at auto. This has options for +100mW and +200mW. The voltage reading in CPU-Z is 1.392. I'm asuming then, that if I set the over-voltage to +100mW and the Core voltage to 1.3, it will effectively be the same volts going to the core?
Also, what should I consider a safe maximum voltage for the CPU on stock air cooling.
Finally, how do I set the divider on the CPU/RAM?
