overclocking question for i5 3570k

hi just wanted to know of this is a decent and safe overclock. i have managed to get 4.2 on 1.150 volts not sure if i am going higher than that but system seems stable so far.
 
Depends on your cooling, if it's good then 1.3v is more than safe when testing for max overclock. 4.2 is fairly average, you can do more.
 
4.5 at 1.22v worked for me on that same cpu. Had it even boot up at 4.9 but needed to much voltage for my h100i to handle. And all core temps were uneven. 10c differents from lowest to highest. So may wanna check core temps when stress testing
