I have been looking at purchasing the Intel Core 2 Quad Pro Q6600 (1066 FSB)

Does the 1066 FSB on the CPU effect what RAM I should get?

e.g Is it pointless getting DDR3 1800mhz as the CPU's FSB is only 1066?
