I have a 5820k OC to 4.7 ghz @ 1.36v along with a GTX 1080 Ti and a 750w psu.
I've managed to OC my kingston ddr4-2400 (4x4GB) @ 1.2v kit to ddr4-2666 @ 1.25v.
I cant seem to get anything higher to boot (2800, 2933, 3000) etc even though i've raised voltages to 1.4v and set blck to 125. (3200 boots but blue screens shortly after the windows logo)
Is this the limit for my ram and would it be wise to purchase another faster kit 3000+ or will it not boot either way?

Depends on the memory IC, likely an old kit? Your best chance is using the 3200 ratio, no need to change straps. 3000 is not a strong ratio on HWE. May have to relax timings including subs.

What are you hoping to achieve with faster RAM? The gains of faster RAM on Haswell-E aren’t amazing. I’m not sure I’d spend money on new RAM.

Some Haswell-E CPU's just won't run much above 2666mhz quad channel memory and the performance gains on the platform beyond 2666Mhz slow sharply diminishing returns

The ram I have is Kingston HX424C15FBK4/16. What are the timings I should try @ 3200 mhz along with the voltage? Currently it is at 2666 mhz - 15-15-15-35-2T @ 1.25V. Do i also have to fiddle around with VCCIO and VCSSA?

Edit: I've manged to get it stable @ 3200 mhz - 18-18-18-40-2T @ 1.35V. Is 3200 mhz the highest 100 bclk can go?
