overclocking ram query.

Ok I have came up with two stable builds running a e8400 on a fireconn motherboard and 2 identical 1600mhz ddr3 2gb ram sticks;

overclocked to 4.05ghz with 43 idle temp and ram running at 1580mhz

and my maximum of overclocked to 4.26 ghz with 45 idle temp and ram at 950mhz.

which is more preferable in your eyes?

The first config has memory running 66% faster than the second

The second config offers an extra 5% processing speed over the first

The first is preferable!
