overclocking ram

my friends bring me his pc 2 overclock 2 moz hoping to get 4ghz from a e8400 "easy u say" now he has the corsair xms2 pc2-6400 4-4-4-12 stuff

my question is will this overclock from 800 mhz to 890mhz?

if so how shall i go about this?

overclocked this corsair to 891mhz but have timigs of 6-6-6-18 at the moment just need 2 play whats the max volts ?
