Overclocking - RAM

I have oc'ing the CPU and messing about with the Vcore down to where I want it. I now want to turn to RAM timings and OC'ing it a notch. With GeIL 4GB (2x2GB) PC2-6400C4 800Mhz, what am I looking at for timings? Baring in mind I haven't touched the Vdimm yet. What volts should be ok for a slight overclock?

Stick 2.0v through it.

What FSB are you running? Probably wisest just seeing which speed the memory will do on 4-4-4-12.

with my geil black dragon 2x1gb pc2-6400 cas4 running at 444-12 i can get about 850 out of it at 2.1vs ive had it up at 875-880ish but was needing about 2.4/5 volts and wasnt sure how far i could go with it
