overclocking RAM

I have clocked my cpu easily. But RAM is a no go for me at the moment. I have heared that there is not much to gain from it. ALl i know is i currently have 4gb at 4-4-4-12 and 800mhz. Its GeIL ultra low latency if that helps. ANy ideas on what to do or links to what to do whould be apreciated.
