Overclocking Ram

I currently have OCZ DDR3 PC3-10666 3x2gb ram and a EX58-UD3R board.

What setting should the ram be set in the bios?

Its hard to know without knowing exactly which model it is, however it should tell you the model and timings on the sticker on the side of the stick.

The model number is OCz3G1333LV2G.

Cant see any sticker on the ram though

set to 1333mhz what its rated at or as close to it without going over that speed otherwise it might be unstable,set dram voltage to what its specced at 1.5v or 1.66v in gigabyte bios's

Under MB Intelligent Tweaker (M.I.T)

If you can, just enable X.M.P, it should set the correct speed and voltage.

it will say spd(system memory multipler) set to 8x or 10x (whatever gets you 1333mhz or close to it) as it depends on your bclk too
