hi there

I'm trying to get my E2200 2.2GHz up to 3MHz, and have a few q's if you don't mind:

CPU PLL Voltage - I understand that this is the clock generator that produces the FSB frequency, mine is set on Auto but I am concerned that by upping my vcore that the PLL voltage may increase proportionatly (I would rather keep this at stock volts to begin with): I have the options 1.5v, 1.6v, 1.7v and 1.8v, could anyone tell me what the default is?

Spread Spectrum - I've read up on this and understand why it exists, could anyone confirm for me that it is normal to disable this when overclocking?

NB and SB voltage - These are set to auto, but I am also concerned that they increase proportionatly with vcore (I am making this assumption), is the correct? And if so, what should their default voltages be?
