overclocking settings

hi has anyone got a setup like mine that can give me sum overclocking settings i can copy my system is

dfi lanparty nf4 sli dr mobo
2 gig (1gig single strips) of crusial ballistix tracer memory
amd 64x2 4400+ processor
bfg 7800 gt pci express card
Hiper HPU-4B580 Type R 580W Modular ATX2.2 PSU - Blue

hi i have altered the fsb to 210 but i have no htt to alter to 3/4 i can t find htt on there please help thanks
