Hi all

Does anybody know of any overclocking software?

please not though:

a. my bios doesn't allow overclocking
2. I have tried clockgen and i get to 2.420 and thats it! I think it can go more!!!
and c. it has to be compatable with my mobo

ok my mobo is a msi 7093 something or other compaq ready built thing  .

so ok all theres your challenge :p

Well, I'm not about to go trawling the net to find out any more information if you haven't bothered. But here's some tips.

If it's an A64, then get A64 tweaker and you might be able to slacken the memory timings - maybe even put a divider on in Windows.

Look for a BIOS update, maybe that'll allow you to change things.

And lastly you might be stuck if you can't lock the PCI and PCI-E clocks.

for your information i wasn't asking people to go "trawlling through the internet" and I have actually been looking through the internet for the past month or so.

I was asking if anybody knew off the top of there head thats all.

and btw i have A64 tweaker so I'll have a look at that
