overclocking stream processors

is it possible yet to overclock the stream processors on an 8800 card using a ulility programme or are they pretty much locked by nvidia?

so then whats the point of buying an ultra over a gtx when you could easily clock a gtx to ultra levels.i was thinking that they were locked to keep the ultra above the gtx
