Hi,
I'm not overwhelmed with knowledge in overclocking, so I ended up using the Ai utility that came with my ASUS board. Other programs seem to cope with it ok but when I try to play BF2142 I get this weird performance issue. Whenever I move my mouse the crosshair/view moves to where I want but then seems to return to a similar position. (It isn't a latency issue like elastic banding.)
Therefore making the game unplayable whilst overclocked. This occurs online and in single player mode. Has anybody else experienced this? Is it something to do with the Dual core CPU? My GPU is overclocked via the CCC, if this has any bearing on it.
Anybody any ideas?
Cheers
