Overclocking the 470.

I have my card sitting at 750 core without a voltage bump. What type i voltage do i need to use for 800mhz? Also my card is supposed to come with mafia 2. Any idea were it is?

Max safe voltage is 1.087v on air.

Althou you should beable to get to 800mhz without going that far.

Just make sure you keep your card cool with a good fan speed and enjoy the extra speed. And don't forget to stress test it before you call it stable.

And with regards to the game, get in touch with whoever you bought it from. If it was Overclockers, make a webnote or post in the Customer Service section.

I've got two EVGA 470FTW on water. Temps idle at 26c and under full load 35c in Crysis/BFBC2. Can't get stable above 850 with the volts at 1.087. How do I unlock the voltage setting so I can get higher? (using MSI afterburner)

Mafia 2 should be on a voucher. When I received it from Ocuk the voucher was not even in the box but outside between the box and bubble wrap.

I find the evga artifact scanner good for testing - its similiar to furmarks.

I don't have mine (at least I haven't found it yet). I got home from college like half an hour ago to find the card had arrived. I looked inside and thought something was missing. Granted, at the time I thought it was an adaptor for that mini-HDMI cable, but after finding a review of the card pretty much straight after, I realised the mini-HDMI cable was the adaptor. It was only when I went on OcUK to look at the card that I realised it was the voucher for the game I was missing.

I did think that maybe it was because the cards were going for so cheap last week that it wasn't in OcUK's best interest to flog a game with an RRP of £29.99 in, but I could be wrong (here's hoping at least).

Youll have to contact ocuk about the mafia 2 voucher, the vouchers werent present in the boxes of either of my 470's. Got the first one after contacting ocuk, now have to arrange to get the other one.

Yeah, I literally just posted a webnote. They won't get back to me until tomorrow, mind. I'm not really all that fussed anyway as I hear it isn't exactly a brilliant game, but there's no point turning up a free game.
