Overclocking the cpu/gfx on my Acer 5920g?

Anybody know how to get into the bios for this laptop or any alternative ways of overclocking?

All as I can get on startup is the setup screen which is useless .

The bios has no options for overclocking, it may be possible through a software app but I doubt it would go far.

Given that generally one of the weak points for Acer laptops is there CPU and GPU cooling I wouldn't have thought that overclocking would be advisable.
