Overclocking to 1.5 volt

I was running AMD overdrive using the auto clock, enabled the voltage boost which has set the voltage to 1.5 volt.
Cpu is a Phenom II x4 965
Is that dangerous?

1.55V is the maximum safe voltage for continuous usage.

However, 1.5V is usually excessive for the clocks that the AOD auto clock feature sets. I would avoid it and set voltage and clocks manually.

Thanks for the reply, i have set it to 1.4 and lowered the clock so it now sits at 4.1ghz stable.
