Where can I find Spread spectrums in the bios? as i look at it all and cant find it

Finding spread spectrums option

Scroll down your main oveclocking page in the bios it is at the bottom.

All I got at the bottom of that page is Isochronous Support and Virtualization technology is it one of them i gotta disable? I def aint got spread spectrums on that menu or in the whole bios
