Just wondering if anyone can recommend settings for me to use? without killing off any of my hardware or anything. Searched google but didnt find much.

Specs:

intel core 2 duo E6320 1.87 GHz
2 GB Corsair Dominator
GeForce GT220 1GB
ASUS P5N-E SLi
Windows 7 Ultimate

no one can tell you that its trial and error (or artifacts lol)

to be honest that card is not going to be good even with liquid nitrogen cooling it while you clock it

just keep upping the sliders a little bit at a time

you cant use nvidia control panel for that.

should ready some of the stickys at the top of this forum then when your stuck people can give you a bit more help. cpu clocking is not like gpu clocking

please don't use nvidia control panel, Its rubbish and you will get a lot of bsod. Use the bios you should be aiming for about 2.7 to 3ghz with your cpu.
