Overclocking warning

recently built my new computer everything seems fine but when i open up the gigabyte and check the temps it comes up with a warning sign next to it, just wanted to know if this is normal. Also i have not overclocked anything yet.

Temps are fine, it does it on mine too, it's because the freezer 7 pro is thermally controlled and because the cpu temp isn't high, it's only running at 500rpm ish which is very low, it's showing a warning for low cpu fan rpm which doesn't matter, and the second for having no system fan which I would recommend but again ignore.

ah ok thanks a lot, btw i was thinking of overclocking to about 2.4 with the intel stock cooler, what kind of temps are the max i can push it?
