overclocking & warranty

hey all,

just wondering, if I have an overclocked CPU and leave the RAM stock with nothing touched, does it void the warranty on the RAM?

No reason why it would.

Nah don't think they can tell its been overclocked once its out the motherboard.

am i right in saying that its the motherboard and bios that control the speed and timings. so if I were to take it out and put it in another motherboard the Ram that is, it would run stock or at my bios settings?
