Basicly this is my situation:
(especially check the ram)

How far can i push the FSB with this RAM combo, am i safe raising the voltage from 1.8 ( default for both modules ) to 1.9 and just raise fsb so the samsung becomes overclocked?
Already running on a divider but i cant afford other ram and cant afford to destroy the samsung either ( as its borrowed... ), however i know my chip can take 4.4 ghz easely on 1.525 V, so i'm woundering if someone could give me some tips with oc-ing my system further....

Also im running on very old bios ( 0603 i think while 1205 is newest...) because im afraid to flash it while i have a raid array ( so asking if flashing bios will keep my raid0 array or not... )

Thanks in advance :)

Logic would dictate it would be best to OC with them seperately so you know the limits for both sticks, once you know what each stick clocks to try them together.

If it were me i'd proberly be to lazy to try them seperately, lol...... ;)

Same here lol, i know the nanya does 667 ok, unsure about the samsung tho, i suppose ill just raise voltage and hope for the best.

Sp, does anyone know what happens to raid arrays after flashing bios?
