Overclocking with a ASRock ConRoe 945G

Hi

I am just playing with a little overclocking on my system and just wanted to ask a few questions

I am doing all this with a HS+Fan so wont be able to go too mad..

I have a E6300 CPU on an ASRock COnRoe 945G MB with 1gig Dual Channal Ram. I have managed to get about push the CPU Freq to about 310MHz

I have some questions..

1. Shoud I select CPU,PCIE Sync or CPU,PCIE Async
2. Does anyone know if the voltage can be increased on there MB's

i know the voltage on that board cant be increased, well it can- but that requires a volt mod (google around if your up to doing it)

after looking through the manual and the internet I guessed that was the case.. Guess I will have to wait till I get some more money for a better MB
