Overclocking with Crossfire

Hi,

Am running crossfire 6870's however when i try to overclock them only one of the cards is being overclocked the second stays at stock settings :S

Im observing this through MSI afterburner, what setting have a missed as its quite annoying?

have you gone in to the msi settings, and anabled ( synchronize similar processors).should put both gpu's to same speed
