Overclocking Work Pc?

Hi,
Got a PC at work thats not as nippy as I'd like. It's a E4500 in a fujitsu machine. No options at all in the bios and the operating system is vista ultimate x64. So, what are my options?

Possibly a pinmod but I'm not even sure if that's possible.

Is the pc yours? If not then I wouldn't even consider touching it.

If it is, I have no idea.

Nar it's not mine, but we are a pretty small company so pretty much can put on it what i want.... aside bittorrent
