So I tried OCing with ATI Overdrive; however anything more than 635Mhz (like 10Mhz difference) locks my computer up after about 10 minutes in 3d app, even though my temps are fine (around 80C anyway- which is normal).

Does anyone know how I can overclock higher without it locking up?
 
80C is rather hot, and neither of my X1900XT/X1900XTX cards like going > 80 before locking...

and yes use my guide and use ATT to raise fan temps to keep it under 75C atleast :)
