Overclocking x2 3800 (939)

Just bought this upgrade for my 939 rig, before i had a 3700 Sandy which ran at 2600mhz.

However, this i can only seem to run at 230 x 10 - them it seems to hit a wall

Specs are

Asus A8N se
2Gb Corsair PC3200
3800x2
2 x 7600GTXXX

Any help appreciated ta.

Got it at 2600mhz now, but the memory will only run at 173, with a voltage of 2.7 - any suggestions?
