overclocking

I want to overclock my pc but im not sure were to start! my mainboard is a Jetway GT4 SLI G with AMD 4800+ Duel Core CPU (with an Artic Cooler)and 2 gigabyte of Corsair Twinx Ram.

Can anyone help or point me in the right direction and yes i have read the stickies at the top of this forum.

if you have read the stickies you will know that you need to go into the bios and lower the ht from 5 to 4 and either raise the fsb and set the ram on a divider or raise them both equally.
