Looks like an Intel 945G based motherboard, probably similar to the Asus P5LD2-VM.
Unfortunately, as the BIOS is locked theres little you can do in the way of overclocking. You won't be able to flash to any other board BIOS as chances are, it's physically different to other Asus boards.
You could open your case, find out the PLL chip code number and use clockgen to overclock the CPU but to be honest, you'll be lucky to even get a marginal clock out of the system.
