Hey guys, finally fixed my Memory problem, didnt set it right in the Bios. 
Anyway just been clocking my CPU a bit havent ran any stability tests yet but will run Orthos when i go to bed.
Rasied the FSB to 400 with a voltage of 1.375, Memory at 800 MHZ 3-3-3-8 and VDIMM of 2.25. So CPU running at 3.2GHZ, pretty simple.
Just a few concerns now, in CPU-Z in the SPD tab, in the timings table bit it has Frequency 266 266 and 333 MHZ why 3 frequencies and why at the wrong fequency too?
One more thing i tryed raising the FSB to 450 and put the Vcore at 1.5
and memory timings at 4-4-4-12 and it would not post, any reason why, what have i missed?
