Overclocking

Wanting to overclock my current Q6600 @ 2.4

i dont want to stress test or nothing like that,can someone just tell me a few steps as to overclock,i also got a 670psu,ac freezer 7 pro,and 8 fans in my pc,so temps shouldnt be a worry.

You should be able to get 3ghz just by raising the FSB. Remember to lower the memory divider to counter-act the higher FSB setting.
