Which is better higher multiplyer and lower bus or high bus and lower mulitplyer?

As i use high multiplyer and lower bus so that it doen't run as hot.

It all depends on what your final outcome is. If you are going for the extreme max frequency of your CPU then it would be a combination of both. In your case you do not have a unlocked CPU so the upper limit of your mulit is closed to you. But there are other factors in efficiency of a set up not just CPU speed as you know. Ram speed and latency, un-core frequincy, qPI many many things. So at times it is better to have a higher BLK with a slightly lower multi to improve the efficiency at that frequency.
