Hey all,

I recently posted a 'Build me' thread as I am in dire need for a new PC and plan on getting one for christmas. I'm not that good with PC's and so I really don't plan on overclocking anything as I'm scared I will completely **** up and ruin everything.

I realise this may stupid to admit as I'm on overclockers but I'll most likely be ordering my whole kit from here.

I was recommended a i5 2500k 3.30 ghz CPU as I only really focus on gaming and also recommended a 560Ti. Is this still a good CPU and GPU to purchase if I don't plan on overclocking and would you recommend anything else or does it not really matter that much? If you do recommend something nothing too pricey, ideally in the same price range as the i5 and 560Ti themselves.

Do you know how much the Bulldozer and 7xxx will be or have any idea?

No.

There's no indication of the prices for the next generation of graphics cards.

There were some prices of Bulldozer leaked on a website in dollars but these were soon taken down and in general UK prices are usually more than their dollar equivalent + VAT any way.
