Overclockng 6400

Currently im trying to overclock a 6400 but im getting some wierd instability issues that wont let me get past POST.

conroe 6400
GeIL 2GB (2x1GB) PC6400C4 800MHz CAS 4-4-4-12 Timings, 1.9-2.3v VDIMM
Asus P5N-E
8800 GTS 640mb

If someone could please post me some stable settings, because i've just spent nearly 4 hours+ and i still cant find the right setup.
